• How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

  You have 30 days to submit a claim, but the exact timeframe depends on the issue.

  For damaged, misprinted, or defective items

  You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

  For packages lost in transit

  Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  We use different shipping regions to help calculate rates more accurately. Each region has its own set of shipping rates based on location and deliverability. There are currently 9 separate shipping regions:
